RANDOM PIT EYE CANDY

The weekend in the pits got off on the wrong foot when Gerry Glenn was busted for excessive noise in a no noise zone. We understand he's still fighing "the bogus charge" in court. Everything else went uphill from there.

Kol Johnson and sister Connie brought two of the three cars that belonged to their late father, Ron. This is the Shubert & Herbert SBC powered fueler, the other was the Tommy Ivo "Barnstormer" in its glass cage.

This marked the first time the two Bill Schultz tuned World Championship cars were together. Great shot of Schultz flanked by his drivers, Kelly Brown and Gerry Glenn.

Although he tried big time to get it done, Eddie Buck brought his Hippo & Poindexter restoration out from Ohio to show where its going. The Corey Conyers body is as good as they get. Next year it will be alive and well, dressed in orange.

Wish we had more people/pit shots and if you have any, please send them.
